Your appointment is extremely important to us. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled after 24 hour time frame will be charged 50% of service cost. No call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of service cost.

We value your time and try our best to accommodate every client with a seamless experience. Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. Please know that canceled appointments will be charged 50% of service cost.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure prior to your appointment. Stop the use of exfoliating products, acids, ahas and topical prescriptions a few days before scheduled appointment. Do not shave or pick skin.

Facials are recommended monthly as our skin’s cell cycle renews every 28 days.

Facials are safe during pregnancy. It is important to let your esthetician know that you are expecting.

A week prior to your appointment avoid prolonged sun exposure. Stop the use of exfoliating products or acids of any kind. Do not pick skin.
